CAVA IVETTE BRUT
With this cava we would like to reflect the personality of the Penedès region. For this reason, the Ivette Brut is produced with macabeo, xarel·lo and parellada.
This cava is cool, light, nice and very versatile. It has a bit of natural liqueur d’expedition dose which provides the cava a nice sweetness in order to be served with any kind of meal. It’s our greatest star sold abroad.
We don’t add sulphur taste during the disgorging process.
