CAVA BERTHA CARDÚS
In this cava, the grape varietals macabeo, xarel·lo and parellada appear in their highest expression. Subjected themselves to a very long maturation, they show the potential of the right evolution in bottle.
This is one of our best cavas due to its golden colour and the slow and harmonious release of the bubbles. It has a great aromatic complexity with touches of ripe fruit as well as dried fruit and nuts. Additionally, its scent reminds us of a long maturation toasted flavour. It offers a warm, balanced, complex and sweet taste.
It offers also creaminess and a long aftertaste with smoked and lactic touches. It’s ideal to be served with any hearty meal.
We don’t add sulphur taste during the disgorging process.
